Billing

The Anaheim Surgical Associates accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• Discover
• Personal Check
• EFT

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Appointments & Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. If you are a no show or fail to reschedule/cancel an appointment without giving the 48 hours notice, there will be a $50.00 charge for each missed appointment.

Emergencies

After-hours coverage is provided by one of the physicians. The On-Call doctor can be reached by dialing the main number: 714-772-6701.
If it is a true emergency, please call 911.
